Policy

   Injuries are unfortunately a part of any sports activity. Fair Ball will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur at any time, whether it is during a session or while away from a session. Please do notify us via email at info@fairball.net of any injuries that prevent a student from participating. We will adjust accordingly. 

Please be mindful of any medical conditions a student may have. Also, make sure the student's workout area is overall safe. Be sure that room temperature is adequate if indoors. Whether indoors or outdoors, be sure to dress according to the temperature. Fairball will not assume any responsibility for any medical incidents of any kind.

ZOOM RULES

Recording, screenshots, sharing and audio recordings of any kind are prohibited. Sharing of passcodes are also prohibited. Clothing attire should meet professional baseball/softball standards and not be revealing.

Single  session Zoom Sessions are not refundable, but can be made up during the  next available session date. Anytime after that will be considered  a completed session.

Mini Package Zoom Sessions are non refundable. There is 1 excusable absence allowed. Any absences after that will be considered a completed session.

 7 Session Zoom Package &

15 Session Zoom Package

These packages are designed with a completion date which allows a student the freedom to choose which sessions they will attend within that time frame. (Example: Complete 7 sessions within 12 weeks. Complete 15 sessions within 28 weeks). The start date will begin on the day of the first session. The schedule is set for 3 sessions a month. Package deals will be refundable on a pro-rated basis in the unlikely event that  Fair Ball has an extensive unrecoverable computer malfunction. 

 Video Analysis 

Video analysis feedback will be returned within 1-5 business days (Sunday-Thursday) from the original video send date. 

Every Zoom session will require the participant to be on time. The construct of the sessions do not allow a convenience for tardiness beyond 5 minutes. If a participant is more than 5 minutes tardy, then the student will not be allowed in the Zoom room on that day. It will be counted as an absence. The make up policies still apply. 

Parent Visitation

Parents please monitor your child’s Zoom session at your discretion, as there will not be a zoom window for anyone else outside of the student as we endeavor to act in a strict manner for child safety. There will be a Breakout Room for parents 5 mins before each session to give parents the opportunity for questions or conversation with the instructor.

Behavior

Any participant on Zoom who causes an inappropriate disturbance can be canceled for that particular session. Any inappropriate conduct can be subject to termination at any point of time without warning or refund.
